Lease Writing and Review.

The landlord tenant relationship is a contractual and legal and relationship.  Being a legal relationship it a relationship subject to statute.  Being a contractual relationship it is subject to contract. In each state contracts mush comply to statute to be valid.

Don't put your confidence in an invalid contract!

Just because someone charges you money for a lease doesn't make it valid!
